just got your mail and I have spoken to my client and concluded
arrangement on the payment. He has instructed me to inform you that
payment will get to you in a certified check of $5,000 which is a
refund payment of a cancelled order earlier made by my client. So you
are required to deduct cost of your timeshare which is $2,800 when
payment gets to and refund the balance of $2,200 less transfer
charges to his closing agent .
The $2,200 constitutes a payment to the agent for his closing fees, charges, tax and other commission charges on his arrival.
After all payment has reached you and balance sent to the agent,he will now come for further proceedings while you send the receipt and other title papers to my client via courier
Please Confirm this and provide NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER for check payment to be delivered to you immediately.
I can confirm that there are no employees or other representatives of Timesharehelper.com who are authorized to make such representations. Thus, such calls and emails are fraudulent.
We are not a sales company. We simply advertise your timeshare for sale on the internet, much like you would do if you placed an advertisement in your local newspaper. Please beware of any company that is asking for money up front to sell your vacation week. They are hoping that you so desperately want to be rid of your timeshare that you will try anything to sell it, including paying money up front to do so. TimeshareHelper does not contact anyone by phone about the sale of their week. We work strictly via email and that is usually when someone has sold their vacation week and has asked us to remove the listing.
