I can confirm that there are no employees or other representatives of Timesharehelper.com who are authorized to make such representations. Thus, such calls and emails are fraudulent.
We are not a sales company. We simply advertise your timeshare for sale on the internet, much like you would do if you placed an advertisement in your local newspaper. Please beware of any company that is asking for money up front to sell your vacation week. They are hoping that you so desperately want to be rid of your timeshare that you will try anything to sell it, including paying money up front to do so. TimeshareHelper does not contact anyone by phone about the sale of their week. We work strictly via email and that is usually when someone has sold their vacation week and has asked us to remove the listing.
